The Segovia Cathedral in Spain is one of the most impressive feats of Middle Age construction in the world. It is located in the main square of the city, the Plaza Mayor, and is a perfect backdrop for a nice relaxing session of people-watching and tapas. The Cathedral of Segovia is one of last Gothic cathedrals built in Spain and Europe. It was built in the mid-sixteenth century, when in most of Europe, Renaissance architecture was the new standard.
