Book Review: Lonely Planet’s Ultimate Travel

Lonely Planet’s list of 500 best places is the perfect book for the coffee table of someone who loves to travel. This book is compiled of the best places to travel around the globe -from ancient temples to the great barrier reef– this book has every expedition one could dream of.

Each listed place will give a person a look into the next adventure to go on, soliciting the best access points for some of the locations and giving brief facts on the beauty or importance of the location.  Lonely Planet does an incredible job of selecting photographs to accompany each location, choosing the clearest picture of each place. Each picture gives the reader a momentary escape from their current reality. This is an incredible list of 500 places to see; a book that is hard to put down. Flipping through the pages of this ultimate travel guide gives the reader a chance to find new adventures that they potentially never thought of.  

There are so many locations to possibly choose from, this book is the perfect example of the opportunity for endless adventure. This book is truly the ultimate guide to help a person figure out the next adventure to go on.
