I am sure having a fling in another country is fun, but I am not sure about the longevity of finding romance in another country. However, I am sure that if someone swept me off my feet I’d consider staying.

I tend to travel with a North Face backpack. I like the idea of always being a light packer. If I am going on a longer trip, I like to take ideas that can be worn multiple ways rather than taking less versatile clothing. On top of that, the North Face backpack I use has many different pockets making it easy to access what I need, when I need it. I have never been one to even think of traveling with rolling luggage, therefore I’d say backpacks are the way to go.

I believe that when studying abroad students are able to discover their threshold for change. Studying abroad is taking a student from their comfort zone and transplanting them into a new culture, surrounded by unfamiliar professors and students who learn in different ways. These factors allow students to grow more as a person while they are abroad. Studying abroad is an integral opportunity in the higher education system for students to be able to grow both inside and outside of the classroom.
